Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® uses asana (postures), meditation, mantra, mudra (hand guestures) and breath techniques arranged in traditional grouped excercises. The “Kundalini” energy is the creative potential that exists within each of us, when it is freed we merge with – or “yoke” – the universal Self. Kundalini Yoga is also known as the Yoga of Awareness; it focuses on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness.


A series of long held poses targeting our energy systems as well as the connective tissue that runs through our entire body. Yin calms and balances the body and mind whilst stimulating our lower meridians so energy flows freer within our bodies.

At Soul Flow we offer a range of Yin style classes including Myofascial Release and Yin + Yang Flow.


Crystal Bowl Meditation

In a world where our minds are constantly over stimulated its important to take the time to recalibrate. Relax, unwind and let the blissful sounds of crystal singing bowls and voice massage every cell of your being.

This class is a SOUND HEALING experience also exploring pranayama, relaxation, guided meditation, intention setting and mantra. Gift yourself the opportunity to dive deep and experience mental clarity, stress relief, restored balance and release of physical/emotional pain.


Naam Yoga and Meditation

A unique synthesis of yogic asana (movement), mudra (hand postures), breath, rhythm, stretching, acupressure and vocal vibration infused with Universal Kabbalah, the laws of nature. Naam Yoga is joyful practice that powerfully offsets the stress of modern day through its intelligent and sophisticated impact on the nervous system, brain and heart. Naam Yoga and Meditation reduces emotional and mental fatigue, relieves anxiety and depression and slows down the aging process and more. A practice for people of all ages and abilities, providing radiant health, happiness, and vitality.


At Soul Flow we love to give strong attention to health and well-being as well as just yoga. We have many workshops relating to our different styles of yoga, meditation, as well engaging in other intensive therapeutic and educational discussions and activities on a particular subject or theme. Class series

Similar to workshops, but limited to a series of 1 hour classes extended over 4 or 8 weeks that go together with a specific focus.

For example an 8 week Kundalini beginners series will run the same time and day once a week. Each week the class will focus on something new and specific so that by the end of the 8 weeks you’ll have great understanding of the practice as a whole and how to do each pose, or breath techniques, or how to modify postures if you have an injury etc.

You don’t need to be a member to take advantage of one of these series. You can buy them as a package.

Members can attend any of these classes as part of their membership.
