Move and Flow

Breathe and move your way through this Kundalini based yoga class. Kundalini Yoga is simply uncoiling yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to reach your virtues. 

Kundalini Yoga is a science that works on the seven chakras, the arcline, and the aura.

The power of Kundalini Yoga also lies in the actual experience. It goes right into your heart and extends your consciousness.

Slow Flow

Vinyasa done slow. One move per breath slow.

This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.

With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

We are not a hot studio, so don't expect to by dripping in sweat. A little warm yes, but not so much so you need to mop the floor around you.

Sound Symphony

Have your chakras aligned and your nervous system balanced. 

You need to experience it to understand.

No movements required.

Please wear comfortable clothes, no experience required.


Slow-paced and not a great deal of movement. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to encourage joint hydration and mobility.

Yin focuses on bones, joints, ligaments, and fascia and is based on the Chinese meridians in the body.

Expect to be uncomfortable in the first few moments of a pose while the body releases held energy and emotions.


A frank approach to feeling good in your body during pregnancy.

Specifically designed for expecting Mamas, prenatal classes are centered around opening and strengthening the body.

Suitable for all stages and levels, prenatal yoga will give you practical breathing and birthing techniques to prepare you for labour.

Rest and Restore

A practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through supported passive stretching. Balance your nervous system, boost your immune system and quiet our mind. Melts your stress away. Bringing more softness and generosity to balance the yang of our modern lives. Take this time to recover, rest and realign your inspired self in all ways. This class will round out with a sound vibration/mantra meditation.


Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualisation, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

Meditation is done in a comfortable position with little movement

Mums & Bubs

Our Mums & Bubs yoga classes are a happy combination of bonding with your baby, moving your body.

We will work to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, arms and find your core again (it's in there somewhere!).

No age restrictions on the childs age. We welcome all, even in school holidays when they're less of a bub and more of a big kid.
